Terms and Conditions

Use of Service
The User agrees to use the Service solely for legal purposes related to client management.
Misuse is prohibited, including:

Sharing unauthorized access.
Altering or attempting to breach system security.
Introducing malicious or harmful data.

Registration and Accounts
The User must provide accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
Artemedia is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from negligence in managing credentials.

Service Availability
The Service will be available online 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
Artemedia reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue system features with prior notice to the User.

Intellectual Property
All software, design, content, and trademarks are the property of Artemedia.
The User retains ownership of their data but grants Artemedia the right to store and process it for providing the Service.

Plans, Pricing, and Payments
Access to the Service may be subject to free or paid subscription plans.
In addition to the chosen subscription, a one-time setup fee of $99 USD will apply upon account activation.
Payments must be made according to the rates published on the official website.
Artemedia may modify prices with prior notice to the User.

Privacy and Data Protection
Artemedia is committed to protecting the User’s data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Data may only be used for the operation of the Service and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

Limitation of Liability
Artemedia is not liable for direct or indirect damages or losses caused by:

Misuse of the Service.
Interruptions due to external causes (internet failures, force majeure, etc.).
Inaccurate data provided by the User.

Cancellation and Suspension
The User may cancel their account at any time.
Artemedia may suspend or cancel accounts in case of violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms
Artemedia may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
